[Heart, well, she has been trying to do her best for the users since this tragedy started. That would mean anyone who has been paying any attention to her as probably seen that she's not eaten anything since this started. Nor drank anything; best to leave supplies for the people that need it after all. Or at least, programing dictates that she ought to as best she can figure out - really there isn't much she's programmed to do in a situation like this. She's not a disaster response robot or anything.

Thus, she's taken to wandering around the town, looking to see if there's anything she can help with over the last few days. However, today, she's come across something- odd. In glancing over the southernmost bridge in the village into the water she looks at her reflection and sees... Well, she's initially confused as to what it is but then the realization hits her that it's her.

Reflected in the water isn't her as she is now, but a reflection of something that should be impossible: a red haired and green little girl, two years old at best, smiling in the reflection back at her own impassive face. Heart isn't sure if she should be surprised or not so she just keeps staring and even does some experimental movement to see if the young phantom moves with her. When it does she keeps this up to see if it continues... and it does.

Now, anyone care to run across her while this happens? Or perhaps after as she sets into the river, despite the oddness of that, to see if there's any sort of projector in there]

And it passes. Alright, still flatly, but with a hint of eagerness now:] Pick my personality: one, two, three, four, five, or six.

...I have to choose a personality? [What. Okay, she's seen weirder, but this is a lot of hard work just to talk to a person.] I'll need some descriptions before I make a choice.

[Heart just... keeps staring. She can't... describe it because she can't talk right now]

[Mitsuru waits a moment for a reply, though it's evident after a few seconds that she's getting none. She's not good at picking a random number especially since she's been given nothing to work with, so the pause is even more prolonged as Mitsuru debates with herself on which number to choose.

Oh god. What sounds like the most harmless number.....]

Six. Heart processes this and when she's done her entire posture changes. She relaxes but her eyes also gloss over a tiny it and a smile spreads across her face. It's a calm one, but it's somewhat odd, perhaps. Like she's not really noticing anything here except Mitsuru, including that she's still partially in the water]

Oh oh oh oh~ I'm sooorry for that delay. It's so nice to meet you. What's you name?

[She's starting to get a bit disturbed, but to her credit doesn't show it outwardly -- that much.]

Ah -- it's Mitsuru. And you are?

O-oh... well I'm Heart~ You can call me what~ever~ you~ like~ [That last part as her waving a finger there, smiling and such. Still with those glazed over eyes]

Heart, it is. It's nice to meet you. [Sort of.]

It's very nice to meet you. [Complete with a slight blush and leaning in... as he takes a step forward]

[And Mitsuru subsequently takes a step back.]

Anyway, as I was saying, this isn't a very good time to take a swim.

Oh... I guess it isn't... [She taps a finger on her lip as she quickens the pace towards Mitsuru] What do you think is best...?

You should probably head to the barracks. We still can't cross out aftershocks from happening.

But what about you... what are you going to do? [Complete with continued advance... and curious puppy-eyes]

I'm heading back to the barracks, too. I need to do what I can to assist the injured.

Oh!~ Oh~ Then we can go together, Mitsu~ru [And at that, smiling, she takes this time to get up closer completely and... well, she wants to get next to Mitsuru for now]

...Very well. [She'll start walking, making sure there is a proper amount of distance between her and Heart.]

[But Heart won't allow that! No, she tries to keep way close to Mitsuru. Hell, if she sees an opening she'll even latch onto the girl's arm]

[And that opening does come up, but Mitsuru - as politely as possible - carefully pries Heart off her arm. No comment.]

[...NO. NO. She pouts as they keep walking. S-sob...]

[...Don't look at her like that.:c]

You do know that one has personal boundaries, right? Especially around people they've just met. [She says this as kindly as possible.]

Well... I g-guess so... [BUT SHE STILL POUTS]

[Sigh. It's too bad she fails at making people feel better. Mitsuru just settles for walking the rest of the way to the barracks in silence.]

So~ Mitsuru! [She's perked by again by the time they reach the barracks-] Can I help you with anything?

[Well...] I suppose you can ask after the patients. If you can't give them what they need, tell me.
