[Action]

[Today, Luceti, there is an unfamiliar boy lurking around town. Technically, he has a place to go but... he's restless a little still so he's aimlessly lurking around the square. Not that he won't jump at the chance to see people he knows or to meet new people if they should wish to talk with him but... yeah. This fellow is just hanging around thw square, maybe sipping on a soda and generally looking tall, slightly pale, and handsome.

Please do walk by or harass him if you so please. You ~~might not~~ probably won't regret it

EDIT: ALSO! Important! Because Heart relies on visual recognition for users, if your character looks drastically different than normal (GendBend, radical age alteration (usually backwards honestly) changing species, etc) physically it is possible that Heart might not recognize them as a user or will need to re-add them. Also if your changed character becomes a use she won't recognize them when they're back to normal... not that I have a problem with doing either! Just for a forewarning you might need to go through the user-claims process twice.]

[... Ted studies his face for a moment. He... doesn't look like a strange pervert or anything, so... Probably just an odd question he threw about.] Sure. Who doesn't?

[...DING. Well okay there's no ding but he processes that - her apparent age is within range and then, equally as flat but now with a hint of eager in his tone:]

And then he smiles a little lop-sidedly but still kindly like]

Oh~ It's so nice to meet you. You can call me Heart.

[Okay, a more human reaction.] You can call me Ted then. I don't think I've seen you around before.

Well I'm sure I would have noticed you before now, so I guess we haven't run into each other.

[...And then he glances down both of their attire gawd what is he wearing? Even she looks better]

Should I take that as a compliment, then?

Oh of course hon. I wouldn't have said it if it wasn't the truth and if the truth's flattering it's always a compliment.

... Hon? [...] Anyway, what are you doing out here? You looked spacey a while ago.

[He ignores that first question entirely, instead putting one finger on his lips and the other hand on his hips...]

[Once more, he pointedly ignores the first question in favor of tapping his finger on his lips again before finally coming up with-] Oh... a while now. Long enough to get used to it but not to know everyone I guess.

[He really has to stop doing that.] That doesn't really tell me how long though.

Teddie~ Didn't I tell you not the sweat the details? [He sighs and shakes his head] I arrived on April 4th.

Ted, and this year? I've been here longer then.

Really? I'm surprised I haven't noticed you before then...

Me too. I guess it just happens in this place.

[...Now that he thinks about it though] So, Teddie, you doing anything now?

[She pauses, then shakes her head at that.] Nothing too important. I was just planning on bringing my books back to the apartment.

Well then, let's say you and me have a late lunch.

Sounds fine to me. I can't say no to a meal.

Then it's a date, Teddie. [...But does she know a good place to go anymore? Hmm. Well. Might as well just get a snack or something. Seventh Heaven might be open, after all.]
