[Heart is up today. Well, more like she doesn't sleep period, but whatever. Thus, this morning she opens up the door to Lilly's room in the apartment as she usually does to tell the girl that she ~~got up before Guilt-na on purpose to make~~ made breakfast for her. But then, well, Lilly isn't there. For some while, Heart furiously searches everywhere in the apartment and then around town for the girl, but doesn't find her. After that, however, she opens up her book and activates the voice option]

Hu~go~ Gui~lt~na~ [Both of those are in a sing-song voice] have either of you seen my darling Lilly? Have any of the other of you seen her, I wonder? [This voice, while upset, also sounds something like... detached playful. Almost like a cat going for a mouse] I walked into her room and all her possessions are gone, but she wouldn't just leave me, right? After all, we had something special, right? [And then a little giggle before she slams the book shut.]

Why do you all have to get it in the wrong way and think the worst? Girls can have a fashion sense and a preferred style but boys can't without it being a fetish?

[Keiichi is annoyed at that, more than he would normally be, but he doesn't care. He just shrugs and looks away.]

[This face forever. He's still annoyed but her laugh wins him over and brings out his teasing side.]

You're so serious, Keiichi~ [She takes this moment to tug a little on his shirt to try to jerk his upper body closer to her so she can smile a bright more broadly right into his face] Tell you what, I don't care that much about what you do or don't want or like, because I've got to say that it's fun to play along~ but if you're going to get this riled up I might just have to eat you up right here, y'know?

[Talk about making a man blush, he fights it off quickly thought, instead showing a teasing and confident smile.]

Eat me? That would be a bad idea, my meat is too hard and fibrous to be tasty. Yours, however, looks far more tasty and yummy. Maybe I should be the one to eat you?

[Heart, however, doesn't blush. Instead, she takes out a knife from... somewhere and holds it up to her finger. She laughs a little, even-] Going for a pound of flesh, eh? Any preferred digit? [Yes, this is still her idea of a joke. ...Mode 6 is still slightly passively active after all]

[What the... Where did that come from? Why are the alarms in his head going off as if he had just given the doll to Rena instead of Mion again? Oh, probably because of the knife and risk of getting stabbed or witness her harming herself.]

[Trying to pull out a carefree smile and think of a way to get that knife away from both of them, now.

Can't I get a sampling first? It would be a waste if you were to cut any digit just to find out the taste is bad and can't be eaten at all.

Oh, that is true! [Of course, she's just playing around. She waves the knife hap-hazardly a moment before giggling and then holding out the other hand for him] You're up to bat, Keiichi. Wanna take a swing? [Mode 6 though, hears that suggestion and vaguely believes she's lying. Perhaps he was involved with Lilly, someone...? Maybe if she stabbed him...]

[Well, the knife is gone but he still has alarms all off in his head. The problem with those alarms is that they aren't giving him many ideas as to what to do to avoid problems. And he doesn't want to think too much of them to not stress over it. Distrust is his trigger, the feeling of not being safe even with his own friends, if he started to think of how to stop Heart from doing anything it would spiral to a complete fall to the syndrome. He isn't even sure she would do anything, all she has done is joke about a knife and carry it around, but he himself does carry a set of push-knives, doesn't he? He shouldn't be an hypocrite.]

Nah, anyway eating you would be a waste, you know. Wouldn't be able to see you around anymore and all that.

[And she... giggles before taking this moment to flick him in the middle of the forehead] Thought I was serious? Come now, Keiichi, you think I'm that far gone?

[He has seen girls go from total sane to murderous crazy in a matter of seconds, he has gone that path before... In other worlds. What he thinks of Heart's mental stability is secondary at the moment.]

Didn't think so, but it wouldn't have been polite to just laugh, would it?

Would at least tell me you got the joke. As it is, it went on a bit too long, perhaps, but hey, it all works out in the end. [A shrug and then she taps a finger on her lips. Hmm...]

I'm sorry, I'll be faster next time. It was fun anyway, so it's not as if I ruined it, right?
