[Action/Voice]

[Heart is up today. Well, more like she doesn't sleep period, but whatever. Thus, this morning she opens up the door to Lilly's room in the apartment as she usually does to tell the girl that she ~~got up before Guilt-na on purpose to make~~ made breakfast for her. But then, well, Lilly isn't there. For some while, Heart furiously searches everywhere in the apartment and then around town for the girl, but doesn't find her. After that, however, she opens up her book and activates the voice option]

Hu~go~ Gui~lt~na~ [Both of those are in a sing-song voice] have either of you seen my darling Lilly? Have any of the other of you seen her, I wonder? [This voice, while upset, also sounds something like... detached playful. Almost like a cat going for a mouse] I walked into her room and all her possessions are gone, but she wouldn't just leave me, right? After all, we had something special, right? [And then a little giggle before she slams the book shut.]

Yeah? I guess that happens a lot of people, doesn't it?

A little too often, yeah. [A sigh.] But it's supposed to be a good thing, okay? People going home...we're supposed to be happy about that.

'Course that's like being happy that the cancer-filled uncle kicked the bucket, isn't it? It's a morbid sort sort of happy.

I know the feeling. Big time. All I can say is that it does get better.

[Buffy pauses.] That comfy dinner date? Let's go and do that, now. Sounds like you need a pint of delicious comforting ice cream.

[She says this before she remembers oh robot.]

[Heart, however, giggles at that before she smiles warmly-] Pint of ice cream sounds like a blast, actually. And with the company like you to boot? Where can I go wrong with that one? [She pauses before-] Sure the bar won't miss you too much for that one, Buff? Maybe I ought to go there.

You can meet me here, sure. Then we can slip out to somewhere a little more frosty soon after?

Sure thing. Meet you there in a flash~

[And while she waits, Buffy toys around with a half-hearted attempt at organizing some of the bottles behind the counter.]

[After a while, in comes taller redheaded robogirlfriend into the bar. She looks around absently for a moment. This is actually the first time she's been in here...]

Hey Buff, I'm here.

[Buffy waves her over, feeling redundant even as she sets up a tall glass of cola for the ~~machine~~girl. Lemon slice and all.]

This person...you miss her? [She comes out swinging. Can Heart feel? Can she miss? Buffy can remember April...that robogirl had certainly had something close to feelings.]

[...Hmm. There's only the briefest flicker of something odd in her eyes before she takes a sip] I think so. I mean, it's not been long enouhg for me to know for sure she's poof though, right? A few hours.

[Hmm.]

But all her stuff's gone? I mean, she would've said something if she was moving house. Otherwise, stuff being gone is pretty much a number one sign of being sent home.

Yeah, her room was pretty barren when I went to check it out. Nothing of much note in there.

Then, short if her quietly and efficiently moving house? I think you need to accept that she's gone.

[Buffy walks over to the exit of the enclosed bar area and crosses over into the patron's side.] I left the room for, like, five minutes when Jim left. When I came back? Everything was gone, including him. Poof.

Yeah? [A sigh and a light blush there...] I'm sorry to hear it was like that for you. That's harsh.

It got better, though.

Yeah, I mean that's how it goes, right? People tend to move on from things because they, y'know, have to.

And because getting stuck in the past is primo unhealthy.

Well I don't have much of a past to be stuck in, on the plus side! [She means that to be a joke, she really really does]
